@Ian Frasca welcome sounds like you are on track to be successful real estate superstar. Good luck on your journey. I am always looking to partner in good deals. I have some properties in Bucks and Montgomery all multi units. Many of them section 8. They have all been buy and holds. I am looking to do some flips in the near future. Looking forward to connecting with you, keep us posted on your journey.

@Tiberiu Szabo we should meet for lunch once this mess is over. I have not sold any of my properties that are section 8. I don’t think it will be difficult to sell. All my tenants have been long term not one has left in the past 6 years. I know pretty amazing. I May have one leaving in August, but not sure. I have 1 make and 8 females. 1 younger person under 30 and the rest are between 50-70. I am looking for properties and would probably even pay a small premium if the tenant were section 8.

@Anthony Liguori not familiar with Scranton area. If the numbers work it does not matter where the properties are, as long as they are not in a war zone.

I like the Allentown area in PA

I think Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties are all very good.

@Craig Hormes I currently have 9 section 8 properties. I have screened my tenants well. The properties have been a great investment over years. I am currently looking to acquire some additional properties before year end. My tenants keep the property nice and they pay the portion of the rent they owe on time.

I have a few properties in Bucks and Montgomery County, PA. Both housing agencies have been great to work with.

Good luck

@Henry Vargas funny I looked at the same property. It does have a breaker box on each floor, but would still have to put separate meters. It was nice we should brainstorm on it.

@Antoine Ferguson

We are always looking for good people. We have multi unit properties in Morrisville, Willow Grove and Elkins Park. We are all buy and holds currently. We will be expanding into some flips this year. Let’s meet and we can discuss some great opportunities for both of us.
