Fannie Mae allows owner occupants first option to place bids on foreclosed properties. I'm an investor..... considering a fib about occupancy so I can aquire the home. Do they actually care ? What are the risks assosiated with fibbing to Fannie Mae? I guess I could possible move into the home if need be.

I have a condo in Rock Hill > I'm hiring Rabbu to run as AIR BNB . Update you in 6 months
