Brian, thank you for the feedback!  Yes the realtor did a market analysis and there were interested parties. One was under contract but communication was jumbled by the realtor and buyer withdrew offer.

Hello BP community, I have a situation and would appreciate some of your input.

To make a long story short, we have a lot in Woodinville, WA (outside Seattle) for sale. We’ve had bad luck with realtors. we live out of state and want to sell it, but have no experience selling. We paid $220k and realtor listed it at $238k. The listing expires the end of the month.

I never sold property before. How would you get this sold? Flat fee? By owner?

@Max, I'll check it out on Craigslist.

Thanks!
Steve

Paulette, thank you! I will send an email.

Steve

Thanks @Brendan Markle. We're looking in Germantown and will also look in Norristown & West Kensington.

Hi @Jared Forman,  looking for 3 or 4 unit properties. The price point really depends on what a neighborhood's comps look like, even down to which block it is on.

We are looking to purchase multi-family rentals in Philadelphia with a good cashflow.

I read several messages from 2 or 3 years ago. I wanted to get current 2018 suggestions for the neighborhoods you recommend.

We spent time looking around a few weeks ago while in town for a weekend; going back to spend a few days gathering info in the next couple of weeks.

For the future after we find the property, we would also be interested in hearing your personal recommendations for property management companies, general contractors and handymen.

Several of you sent email with recommendations.  We went with a blend of your suggestions. The property is listed full-service realtor that offered a discount.

Thanks!
