@Bill Pohl interesting.

We built a local software to bring in that vendor element & paperless process to landlords/PMs here in the Twin Cities. Combines the best of Cozy, Buildium, Rent Manager etc...and offers a pretty solid value prop for the excel users out there.

I know this is a pretty old thread, but wanted to see how much momentum management software has picked up for those investors managing 1-10 props.

Do any of these softwares include a vendor network that any new investor could simply “plug-in” to? How about texting tenants and sending out lease/applications?
