Hello everyone, I've been on the forum for a few years, I've read the ultimate investors guide several times, I've had my Realtors lic for around 4 years, no more analysis paralysis for me, 2017 will not end without my first investment deal! I'm going to get my piece of the Houston Tx market!

hello all, I'm a veteran, and I just landed a client that is 100% disabled, in my efforts to exercise due diligence in regards to his best Interest,(he's a buyer) I need to know what all I should look for, in regards to giving him the best representation, I know that his funding fee will be refunded(if he's charged one) and that he should have zero tax liability, but is there anything I'm missing? First VA homebuing client thanks.

hello all! I want to offer some insight on something that may have stymied one or two of your the past. At my home,I have blinds inside of the glass of one of my doors, all of a sudden, the mechanism used to raise and lower these blinds wasn't working, I called the manufactuer and he ecprsssed to  me that 390.00 would fix my problem,(new blind set) so I went on YouTube, searched for mini blind repair, and the solution came in the form of a $1.98 magnet, simply run the magnet up the track of your mechanism, and it'll catch and problem solved!
