@Troy Sheets how did it go? I met with a new agent this weekend as well I'm very excited to work with.

In my experience, realtor/agent experience does not equal investing experience unfortunately. I think the two best options are to find a RE agent who also invests and understands the urgency, what needs to be done, etc.; or for you and/or your wife to get licensed. The later being the best case because a lot investing agents will take the best deals for themselves! Good luck my friend.
