Hello All,

I'm honored to be here among the best and brightest RE minds in the country!

My name is Steuart Wright. I'm originally from Schenectady, NY; I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia 2 years ago and now live in Brooklyn, NY. Although I live and work in NYC, I travel to Philly every weekend to spend time with my girlfriend and friends. If I could live in NY and Philly at the same time I would but it's looking like I'll eventually end up in Philly.

I currently work in IT-A/V Sales and Support. After seeing many people lose their jobs, I decided that I didn't want my livelihood in the hands of someone else; I had to be financially free. Soon after that I found 123 Flip and then Bigger Pockets!

The specifics of my plan are still in the works but I do know that it will involve some form of hybrid investing. Ideally I'd like to flip houses to fund my acquisition of rental properties, and use the rental income to get out of the "rat race". (Hopefully by my 30th birthday) I'm currently reading The Book on Flipping by J Scott as well as networking with anyone I can to learn as much as I can about real estate.(I met with an agent for lunch today and told her all about BP)

I'm really excited to be here. I look forward to meeting you!

Steuart
