Hey everyone I have a motivated seller that’s wants to do a lease option with me he just bought the house back in March using a VHDA first time home buyers loan now he saying that the house is to far from his job and wants to sell and would like to do a lease option we are not sure if VHDA we let him lease the home he has to write a letter to them on May 12th saying why he wants to lease the home and they will reply back in 7 days has anyone ever had to this problem? How did you handle it?

Hey BP I have a private money lender contact me from a post I put on Craigslist we she wants to fund my deal that she has no info about @ a 5% interest rate for 70,000 the repayment plan starts starts 6 months after I get the loan for a monthly payment of 154.33 for 24 months at the end of the 24 months I will make a payment balloon payment for 70,000 is this to good to be true I’m not sure about this cause I have been unable to get her on the phone we have been taking only on emails

@Frank Geiger yea I thought about that the owner is a out of state he has tenants in the home now renting month to month they are not pay the full mortgage payment so he is still coming out of pocket smh

@Lydia T. Yea u right it very thin and it’s not even cash flow either after analyzing some more it’s a fairy new house tho nor many repairs need but I agree it’s not a good deal thanks for advice tho I appreciate the help 👌🏾🙏🏽✊🏾
