Post: Am I overpaying for this property? 6 Unit Sale Price $265,000

@Andrew Michaud what properties are you looking at to get a comparable retail price per door?

You mentioned that this property is nicer than other properties near you. In that case, I’d expect it to cost more than those same properties. It sounds like it’s in a great location, and it’s seems like you’re paying a premium for it (rightfully so).

This property returns a positive cash flow from the very beginning, and that’s the important thing. If I were you, I’d keep moving forward with the deal.

@Stacey Lauren I like your situation.

My question is: what’s your cash-flow like after July? Don’t underestimate the time it would take to get another tenant in that unit. If you didn’t have another renter for another year, could you get by?

I loved this episode!

Sterling really showed his confidence, and his mindset on tackling tough challenges. When asked about fears on approaching friends and family for investors, he simply said "it's just something you'll need to get over". No special tricks, just action.

Thanks for putting this one together, team!
