Thank you all for the recent post replies.

I understand that it could be the "investor's fault" at times, but I guess my expectations for the agent would be communicating often about opportunities to looking into. Not just "deals" but really anything to screen through. I got a list once in a while when we would ask again, with 4-5 houses on it, but that was it. I would also expect prompt feedback since time is of the essence. And there was the feeling we got that the agent was disinterested. Hope this doesn't come off as whining. Just wanted to clarify.

Stephen

Thanks for the responses everyone. @Jason Arcuri, I will definitely let you know if nothing comes up. @Daniel Araque, as of right now we'll be sticking to our area, but I really do appreciate the response. If we are ever thinking of branching out to Florida, I'll let you know. @Christine Kankowski, thanks for responding. I'll be at work all day, but my wife has the day off and is going to contact you.

Hey BP Investors,

My wife and I have been working with a real estate agent for the past two months here in our area and finding out that she really is not as helpful as we would like. So, we are looking for a real estate agent in the Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, and Lake Elsinore area that can help us out. We need someone who is knowledgable working with investors and seeking investment properties. If you know of anyone like this or have worked with anyone in particular, please let me know.

Thanks,

Stephen

Thank you all for the warm welcome. @Peter McKernan thanks for ideas. I'll definitely start building relationships with these credit unions. One is actually pretty close to where I live. From your guys' experience, do you need to set up an account with them first to start the conversations? I've started to do this with a School's First Credit Union, but they require 20% down payment to get an investment loan.

Again, thanks everybody.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on the BP forums. My wife and I are new to the real estate investment business but are eager to learn all we can and eventually begin flipping homes in our area of Murrieta and Temecula California. I wanted to network as much as possible and take in any advice you can give us.

Currently, we are looking to get financing for future deals from smaller, local banks. I know that since we are new and have no experience it'll take a little leg work to make it happen. Does anyone here know of any great credit unions in the Inland Empire (Riverside County) who would be willing to work with investors with my level of experience? We are very eager to get into the game and appreciate any advice.

Best,

Stephen
