Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on the BP forums. My wife and I are new to the real estate investment business but are eager to learn all we can and eventually begin flipping homes in our area of Murrieta and Temecula California. I wanted to network as much as possible and take in any advice you can give us.

Currently, we are looking to get financing for future deals from smaller, local banks. I know that since we are new and have no experience it'll take a little leg work to make it happen. Does anyone here know of any great credit unions in the Inland Empire (Riverside County) who would be willing to work with investors with my level of experience? We are very eager to get into the game and appreciate any advice.

Best,

Stephen
