Hello @Matthew & @Jonathan I’m in Vero Beach, I’m a licensed full time real estate investor. I’d love to link up sometime. My number is 772-206-0271. 

You can meet other locals at CFREIA, they have a monthly meeting in PSL. I think it’s just over $100 a year or $20 a meeting, first one is free. There is also a free casual meet up in Vero Beach at the last Monday of the month.

Cfreia is on meet up .com and I am already a member. I also know of the casual meet up in Vero Beach every last Monday of the month.

It’s possible to get a heloc without an appraisal, you have to shop around.

In Ft. Pierce you shouldn't have any problem getting cashflow on a deal but it also depends on what is your strategy? House hacking? 20% down investment loan? BRRRR?
