Anyone in the loop on the syndication for this deal?

Yes. All of those are options I have considered. I am hoping a developer can help me to determine which of the options would be best-suited for the property. The most bang for the buck is a consideration, but I also want to build something that "fits" the area and doesn't feel misplaced.

Hey everybody! I have a property in Leander, Tx. It's in a great location for the growth that we are experiencing and I would like to be in a position to capitalize on it by teaming up with a developer to create something bigger and better than the single-family residence that we are currently renting out on the property.

I also have some ideas for future projects and would like to pitch some ideas to developers for creating communities for this generation in the suburbs.

Does anyone here know the best way to get in contact with developers that would be open to having these types of conversations?

Thank you.

A little late to this thread it looks like, but here it goes. I've been a firefighter for about 10 years in a suburb of Austin, Tx. We currently rent out one single-family home and are living in what will be our second. Looking to get into duplexes, fourplexes, and possibly bigger in the future. Hardest part so far has been finding deals. Offered on one about a month ago, but was a no go. Have the feeling I may need to begin going to meetups to increase my contacts within the community.

Hey Chris, not quite in healthcare, but I'm a firefighter, so close to the ballpark haha. We aren't "killing it". BUT, we have been renting our first home out for a little over a year now, cashflowing over $1000/mo. We are living in what will be our second rental in 2 years. Plan to cashflow $200-$300/mo. on the second one. We are always keeping our eyes open for our next deal. Hoping to get into a duplex or fourplex next, but will seize whatever opportunity comes our way.

Let me know if you ever want to build in Leander, Tx. I've got 3 acres that will be prime location in a few years.

More specifics on location? We did something similar recently. Love to hear everyone else's stories, especially when they're in close proximity to us!

Hey! I also own a rental in Leander. Liberty Hill will be what Leander is today, in 5-10 years...assuming the growth continues and this whole pandemic doesn't set us back too bad. Having said that, prices have already boomed there, as well as Kyle and Buda. Deals can be found, but they will be few and far between or require some creativity. If you OOS investors ever decide to sell let me know. I live in Leander which is 20 minutes from Pflugerville. Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy.
