Getting a meeting with Developers?

Hey everybody! I have a property in Leander, Tx. It's in a great location for the growth that we are experiencing and I would like to be in a position to capitalize on it by teaming up with a developer to create something bigger and better than the single-family residence that we are currently renting out on the property.

I also have some ideas for future projects and would like to pitch some ideas to developers for creating communities for this generation in the suburbs.

Does anyone here know the best way to get in contact with developers that would be open to having these types of conversations?

Thank you.

I have a custom builder I can refer you too. When you say "bigger & better" can you get a touch more specific? 4-plex, apartment building, subdividing land and doing SFR?
