Hello Team, 

I'm from the Ottawa Gatineau region and i was wondering where can i find good real estate. By this i mean, i work a full time job and 2 kids i don't have time to do all the roads of the city to find a property to by is there a specific site you guys suggest?

@Gabriel Caron pour repondre a votre question, je n'irai pas emprunter de l'argent aux gens qui fond du bicycle a gaz si vous comprenez qu'est ce je veux dire. J'ai voulu emprunter la voie facile et je mes fais avoir a mon propre jeux.

@Larry Fried You are right i didn't lose money but i lost time in the process and time is money i quit my job to do that full time and got screwed the first deal i've tried. So it did scared me, but i'm ready to come back!

My name is Stephen Roy and i am 25 years French Canadian old from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I've bought my first house at a very low low low price when i was 22 years old with any knowledge or understanding of the Market I have borrowed money to invest in the property and would score a BIG profit with the market value of the house arround that area Perkins, Quebec, Canada. But i have borrowed the money from some people that i shouldn't. I lost the property and everything that was related to it making a big 0$ on it.

Since, i have never invested any of my time in real estate scared of been screwed over!!

Anyways I'm glad to have found this site so i can get to work the PASSION that i have for real estate! Presently doing a courses to be a Mortgage broker, not to become one but to have all the knowledge possible about this subject!!
