 I set this up a while ago so I do not remember the exact reasoning but it had to do something with the laws of New York since I reside here. 

 Did it all by myself. It was very easy and took less than 5 minutes.

Hi BP, 

I am looking to purchase my first home in the Queens (nothing west of Flushing) or Nassau County area. The goal is to make equity out of this purchase as this will not be my forever home. So I will be looking for a home that will need some or a lot of work done. Yes, I know many people say to not think of your home as an investment. But I am looking to move out in 5-6 years after purchasing the home. For these reasons, I am in need of a realtor who is invested minded and has experience with such situation. Will appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.

HI BP Forum,

I will be looking to buy rentals in the state of Ohio soon. My home state is in New York and I have a LLC set up here in New York. If I will be using a PM company to manage my rentals, must I file my LLC as a foreign LLC in the state of Ohio? Appreciate any help I can get on this topic. Thanks!
