Looking for an invested minded realtor in Queens/Nassau County area!!!

Hi BP, 

I am looking to purchase my first home in the Queens (nothing west of Flushing) or Nassau County area. The goal is to make equity out of this purchase as this will not be my forever home. So I will be looking for a home that will need some or a lot of work done. Yes, I know many people say to not think of your home as an investment. But I am looking to move out in 5-6 years after purchasing the home. For these reasons, I am in need of a realtor who is invested minded and has experience with such situation. Will appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.
