didn't mean to put the car seat in there..copy and paste mistake..

@Robert D.   They owe $875 in HOAYou have a car seat right?. There is a trash and sewer lien for $162 and taxes due of $1,328. Assessed value is $143,500. I should probably seek council?

@Robert D. The last recorded mortgage was in 2004 for 130K. I didn't see the judgment on there for 26K. Researched taxes HOA and other liens but nothing for that amount. Am I missing something? Looks like the refied then.

@Wayne Brooks on top of it wayne thanks. The reason I ask is because the judgement on the property is very low.

Is the only way to know if you are bidding on a second lien in foreclosure by doing a title search?
