@Donald Capwell I want to know what YOUR team is comprised of? What makes them special? What are there strengths etc..for example: I met with a huge flipper here in indy today @David Short. He has a great connection within a title company that I was educated on. Huge info..

@Jay Hinrichsidk if the post is long enough for your team big fella..you have been swinging louivilles out there for a while...but who has been the MVP in your career?

What would you say the perfect real estate "team" would be comprised of? Besides the obvious, what would be the defenition of their roles?

The costs will all be different in each market as far as materials and labor. Get a GC to do a walk through and give you an estimate, or individually call subs to come and give you estimates. Costs art different in each market. My costs in Indiana are going to be a lot different than NY..etc. you want to be as accurate as possible when you do your analysis.

@Jay Hinrichs I would be interested in this opportunity. I live in that area(Westfield, IN)I was going to get into B&H down the road after I acquire some properties for fix and flips, but when opportunity knocks, I usually open the door. Let me know what the vetting process includes.

Thanks

@Rick H. You are correct sir. I wouldn't move forward in mailing out letters to homes in which I do not know who owns them. The original post(or what I meant) was that I want to find absentee owners, (not necessarly vacant) wrong wording. Then dig in and contact. Whether thats door knocking or otherwise. Thanks for the correction.
