@Dean Letfus thanks, I plan on paying asking price or close to it as long as the numbers work so I can reap the benefits of owner finance.

I’m trying to start my journey to large apartment investing and syndication. I would like to start in my area by finding a small multifamily, and would like to find an off market deal, preferably a seller finance property. For those who have done this. What strategy have you / would you use to find these deals?

Hello everyone. I’m trying to find my way into multifamily investing and I’m trying to find a property that I can reposition usIng seller fInance. I plan on financing a few years down the road once It Is stablized with proper fInancials to show the lender. If I were to do this with a 5-7 unit and say the property is stable enough. With thIs beIng my fIrst deal with a commercIal property, would I qualify once I show the results? Or would I still need a key principle. I know I need to talk to a lender to find out, but has anyone here had this experience?

I’m in Melbourne Fl looking to get started by flipping a couple of properties to then buy and hold. Since we are in this part of the market where we don’t exactly know where it will go. I’m looking for advice from local investors who are active in the business.

I’m trying to get started in Multifamily. Most common advice I get is to start with SF homes. I would much rather find my way in by teaming up with someone, finding a property that the owner may be willing to sign a master lease, other creative financing ect. I would love to hear anyone’s story on how they got started by the same approach.
@Ryan Collins sounds good to me @Mark Sullivan when will you be in town?
