I’m from out of state looking to invest in short term rental in Tampa area no more than 15mins from beach, as I will be using it often to come down and work from there…especially during the Maryland winter months.

I'm from Maryland and looking to invest in my first STR in Tampa area… With so many restrictions on areas for str, I need some boots on the ground assistance. Approved for vacation home, not for beachfront, but I want to be fairly close (15mins). I will be using it often to come down and work from there…
