@Pat Heidingsfelder I have lots of questions. It was one of the niches I was considering getting into in the Bay Area. I was wonder where you can get data on the current market regarding purchasing property there,what it rents for, how busy is market, when the ups and downs, etc. Looking to gather data to decide if something would produce a positive cash flow or not. I am new to RE investing so any information is helpful to me. When and where are the REIA meetings? Is there a charge? Are they accepting new members?

I am new to the real estate investing world. This is a whole different career path for me. I am in the process of reading the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing. I was wondering if going to real estate sales, broker or appraisal school would help me in this journey. There is a school near me that teaches all three. You can complete each program in two weeks. I am really oblivious to the RE world. Also some podcast were recommended and I thought someone said they were numbered. I didn’t see any numbered and there were so many that I was overwhelmed. Can someone please guide me? Thanks

I am looking for an Airbnb association or club in the Bay St Louis Mississippi area. I am new to REI and would love to attend some meetings for learning. Does anyone know if there are any meetups specific to Airbnb?

Hi Courtney! I am also looking to get into some RE investing! I am still trying to educate myself to figure out where I start. I ran across an old post from last year where some RE investors were starting up a meetup in Covington in addition to the CREIC. I would love to come to any of them to learn what I can. Can you tell me when the meetings are? Sorry, I am trying to learn all the concepts and strategies. I am currently reading The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing that I got from BP.
