OK guys I'm back after a little time off with the family.  Hope everyone had a Great Holiday Season, and hope you all have an Awesome 2016!

I'll get right to the point about some properties here in Rochester, NY...We have a 4 family  for sale at $99,900 that we have owned for over a year with a new roof and a new Certificate of Occupancy that rents out at $2080/month and we have a duplex for $59,900 that rents out at $1,300/mo and a single family home for sale for $29,900 that rents for $795/month.   These are just a few in our inventory!

We sell all our proprieties with current and transferable Certificate of Occupancy.  

The current property management company will continue to manage them for you if you'd like? 

We will not owner finance them because we take our funds to buy others and bring them back to life and do it again!

@Spencer Jean.....Trying to figure out if you are being sarcastic or not?  If I put on here there are properties for sale in Rochester, NY for $100,000 that rent for $2,100/month you can bet there is, I wouldn't put it up here if it was not true!

I am sure if I looked at any major city I could find the same news.    Show me a city where they do not have shootings, I would love to hear about it.  As we all know with the News "If it bleeds it leads!"  Granted Rochester is not without fault, but we believe it is a good place to raise a family and the employment here is pretty steady.  

There are a number of properties in Rochester, NY for $30,000-$100,000 that rent for $800-$2100 a month.  If you like more information let me know?

Agreed...I just picked Blue Axis to property manage one of my homes and she found a good tenant in under a week!
