Hi BP Peeps,

I've been asked by a local group to give a presentation on "Finding Money" to invest in RE and I'm looking for some more ideas/input.  Here is a partial list of what I have:

Private Lenders (Hard and Soft Money Lenders)

Lendingclub.com

Local banks and Credit Unions

Friends and Family

Credit Cards

Bank Overdraft

Refi Vehicles

HELOC

Partnerships

People that have recently sold properties

CoOp's/Crowdfunding

Any other ideas would be greatly appericiated?

Thanks,

Scott

OK BP Peeps need some help and input?  I am looking to send out emails on deals (Wholesale, Retail, Investment Properties for sale) from time to time and am trying to decide between Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, BombBomb or any other type of email service, what have you experienced, what do you like and don't like and why, what do you use your for?  I have a list of emails from investors I have collected over the years and use my Yahoo email with BCC, but would rather use a service that will allow people to Opt out if they would like.

Thanks for taking the time to give me your input!

Sincerely,

Scott S

I think they are recorded but you should ask Susan Holman, she is the records keeper for the group.  We are having a meeting this Thursday at the Brighton Town Hall at 6:30, I hope you both can make it?

Agreed Steve Pheterson is a fantastic RE Attorney and Lawrence and Associates are pretty good with rental insurance.  We have a BiggerPockets MeetUp at Johnny's Irish Pub on Culver the last Wednesday of every month starting at 7 until ???  You should also check out www.FFREIA.com, it is a local RE Investment group of 80+ people with meeting throughout the month.

Good Luck Investing!
