I'm in Ashland VA

I have an investment property in Waxhaw, NC off market, 3/2 with good renters, lease expires 2/1/16, rent is $1050 and should be raised, check rentometer.com  recently repaired, if anyone is interested contact me through BP.

I'm a student, he is the real deal, I've thrown some pretty tough questions about deals and he just hits 'm out the park, as a relatively new investor it's great to ask him questions and get his years of experience to support his answers. 
His program materials are top notch. 
You will have to invest some serious money, if you apply yourself and take action this clearly works. I'm working a full time job, I'm getting results over the last few months, I'm in the middle of 2 deals right now, I could have been faster but time is tight.

Be aware Michael is not a big fan of buy and hold, if that is your strategy, he may not be for you.

I was pitched on this by a webinar too, I could not stay for the 2+ hours, I made a note to come back and check it out, after reading BP I'm going to pass, it's too high of a price.

The tools look like they might be useful at $49 per month...maybe, if the facebook tool is not online I'd say $29 a month. The rest of the "bonuses" are built into BP Pro level. 

That leaves over $1000 for direct mail...much better use of my funds ;)

The tenants have fixed up the house It is in great condition. Rent right now is $1,050 per month.
