I'm looking for a Broker or Agent to split commissions on listings who would list properties on MLS during the Escrow period. Specially when I have a property under contract, which states I can list the property on MLS when the seller signs my contract, this gives me the exclusive right to purchase, hence the seller would be in breach of contract to sell to anyone else. I need a broker who can work with properties under my contract and list and sell through MLS. This is not prohibited although most brokers policy is not to list if the seller is not the owner. Yes I've done this, yes my attorney has closed transactions in this manner. My sister is an agent although in poor health so if you are an agent who's Broker will work with me we can split the commissions, also I have many sellers who are looking to sell at retail prices. Contact me as soon as posible

Just here to share my experiences with Cameron Dunlap's ibuyhouses.com buy your territory system.

After paying 3 months at $179 for my "Territory" I have ZERO leads, I requested a refund for the most recent charge, which has not settled at my bank, and the customer service operator stated "all charges are non refundable"

Apparently they do no SEO for the site, and they expect you to  promote their site.

My experience with Cameron Dunlap is to stay away, poor performance of the website and poor customer satisfaction.

There are many other real estate lead web sites, I'm not going to mention any here, look around Bigger Pockets, which will return way better results than 0 leads.

Talk some Attorney's in your area and ask them how to do a double closing. Cam's "No Fee Funding" is for when your buyer funds are already at the closing company. Any competent Real Estate Attorney can do it, keep calling around.

Stay away from the Vacant House & Foreclosure Summit.

Although Cam promises it's a training seminar, he just goes through the training which is already in iflip. Then it turns into pitchfest for his mentor program.

That's when I walked out.

Don't waste your time traveling to an expensive hotel to be pitched his mentoring program.

hmmm, I've looked into a credit card line company, they line you up with 0% credit card lines (which have a 4% origination fee ) and they want a $6,000 fee once you get 50K at 0% for 6 months, the fee pays for their "proprietary" system which finds an zeros in on 0% credit card offers, which you may or may not be capable of googling "0% credit card offers" (Yes I'm being sarcastic)
I haven't pulled the trigger on their offer, it's not completely unreasonable, I just haven't needed the money that bad yet to expose myself to the fees and the realization that 0% offers expire after a period, could be 3,6 or 12 months and jump up to 10% to 29% ( or more) rates.
