Does anyone in the Lexington, KY area know of a real estate investing friendly title company/closing attorney that’s familiar with assignments of contracts?

@Kydrique McCray whats up man I’m a 20 year old new to wholesaling too. I’ve been listening to flip2freedom podcast and watching Chris rood, max maxwell, and others on YouTube as well as reading Chris Rood’s “Source of the Deal book. I also used WholesalersToolbox.com for a general idea of scripts and things of that nature. It all seems like pretty good information at this point. Good luck bro

Hey BP I'm a 20 year old student at UK studying finance and computer science and I work at Dayton Freight as a forklift driver part time. I am terrified of the so called "Rat Race" described by Robert Kiyosaki in Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I love real estate and see it as a way to do what I love as well as become financially independent.

I have been studying real estate for awhile now, particularly wholesaling, and want to get started taking my first step to action. However, I feel like i need guidance.

If there is anyone in the Lexington area that has experience in wholesaling or REI in general I would love to talk, meet up, maybe grab some lunch.

I was wondering if anyone who has done wholesales could recommend any books, podcasts, blogs, etc. to me that are super in depth about the art of wholesaling real estate. Thank you in advance.

Hey guys I'm brand new to BP! I've been listening to podcasts for awhile and am very eager to get started in REI. As you can imagine a 19 year old doesn't have much money to work with, but I am still very interested. If anyone can give me some tips on how they started or can point me in the right direction towards making a first deal I would appreciate it very much!
