If its in the crawl space theres a good chance its the beam supporting the center of the house. You could jack up the existis,ng beam and add new supports. If you send me a pic I'd have a better idea.

I starting getting calls from my first yellow letter send out.Set up my first meetings in a couple of days.Very nervous to say the least. The first phone call I got I answered by accident and fumbled my words like a little kid.I've been doing research on the first few properties I;m going to meet the homeowners at the problem is there is no recently sold homes in the area for me to get an idea of a median price. One is a small 2bd/1bath the other is a 3bed/2bath.I'm in Worcester MA and the values of home drastically change a ittle down the road.Whats a new guy to do?

I was wondering if anyone knew if all probates in MA,Worcester specifically are printed in the newspaper. If not is there somewhere online to attain these lists or do you have to go down physically to the courthouse and pull them yourself.

@Alex Silang I live in Worcester and your right there are some great areas and some not so great areas. Those areas can change within a few blocks. If your looking towards the more working class areas try the Greendale section or Quinsig Village if you have any specific area in mind let me know and I'll try to help you out.Good luck

I've sent out my first letters from recent driving around I've done.15 in total. The more I listen to the podcasts and read on the site I realize that number is really low.My question is where is the best place to gather a larger list to mass mail. Also wondering why most examples of letters I see are hand written.I was thinking about setting up a generic letter on Office and just plugging in the name and address and printing them out. Thanks

Post: Going after a home that has a tax lien already purchashed

It's not that it just has a tax lien that lien was bought at auction by a company that specializes in that sort of thing.

I don't think the fore closure process has started at least I can't find any paperwork that says so.If the process is started I take it theres no way to get the home until the foreclosure process is complete? The house is in Worcester M.A..I can't really find a time table for how long the company that bought the lien has to wait before they can start the foreclosure process.Maybe some fellow M******** can shed some light on the timetable.
