 yeah, a new meter and mast. I know he is overcharging, he quoted firstly on 3 panels then he cut off 2 off them and combined everything to 1.

My electric just installed electrical panel. I did not find any GFCI breakers. He said that the house does not need it due to the age. I am planning to rewire the whole house. I am not sure what he is doing is right. He is charging 2400 for 1 main panel and service going up to 200 amp. Any hints? Should I accept his job?

@Ben I. By no means invest in leasehold. I keep an eye on Hawaii and it's easy to get in trouble with leasehold.

Yeah most of those properties are no fee simple but a leasehold.

If I would be you, I would enjoy Hawaii. I would not purchase more in Chicago. I have couple properties in Evanston, the tax is huge. They soon will make no sense.

I would partner up with someone to break into Hawaii RE. There is also big island where the entry is low.

Did you check foreclosures? I see many on hubzu below 600k.

@Scott Mac I want to be over 100mil rich. But realistically my life will probably end when I am about at 15mil net

I think the thesis of my lawyer is that if the guy would have done permitted work with licensed contractor then they would have tested the asbestos and thus disclose it. I did air test and it is positive. Apparently RE agent was hiring people to remove flooring and repair the drywall (all of this contain asbestos). She was showing the house with asbestos flying around. 

I would like to have compensation. But more importantly how on earth people are not liable for doing such things.
