Hello

I am interested in buying a new build for investment/rental in DFW area.  I live away from DFW and one day want to settle in that neighbourhood.

i did some research - so far no luck in terms of Lennar and DR horton dont sell their homes for investors.

can someone tell me which builder would allow investors to buy their house. I am interested in Rowlet, Rcokwall, FAte, Royse city area and my budget less than $350K.

Thank you

Dan

I have few apartment syndicates
First 2 syndicates being sold. we do taxes in the  turbo tax and there are several questions I have, the biggest being how do I figure out the cost basis and the sale price from the K1 and Form 1065? I have tried to locate information from my usual sources (You tube and the web) with no satisfactory results)
Please provide me some information, links or easier, or contacts who can provide consults for small fee.  Rest of the tax issues we are able to do with turbo tax.

Thank you

Hello

I have found too many  sites that allows us to create Texas residential lease agreement.

I am a newby to this arena, and trying to renew the lease for my house for another year. It is a standard 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Initally I used a property management company for lease only and I cannot use that same lease as I took over to manage on my own.

What is the good lease agreement template that I can adopt that legally binds both parties, a standard residential single family house with all the nuts and bolts of the lease without me spending $ on legal fees etc.. .

Appreciate the input. Thank you all.

Interested in buying first SFR investment, rental property for buy and hold and good cash flow. My budget is around 150K, cash payment.

Which area would be better in DFW for current rental market?  [I live in Garland]

Is this a good time to buy and rent for cash flow?

Hello

I have a house that i want to rent but one twist - it is 2100 sq feet with 500 sq feet as self-contained mother-in-law unit attached to the house for the most part, separated only by  wall that lines up with kitchen and living room of the main house. I  want to occupy the mother-in-law unit and rent the main part of the house.

I would like to have an LLC set up.

is that feasible? just to rent part of the house under LLC.

what is the best way to protect my personal savings from this investment opportunity?

Any input is appreciated.
