Hi Family,

What are some of the more successful & creative financing techniques for a new investor to begin his journey. I don't want to wait to save another downpayment. ( I saved, and in November life happened causing me to exhaust all of my savings) Any advice would help a lot.

Im also a Realtor in the Atlanta Market if that adds to anything.

I would say :

1. if you want to keep the property, find a good general contractor that you trust , go over a project plan and keep in touch with him as the job is getting done , schedule FaceTime calls , and keep a tight tab on how the job is going .

2. If you don’t want to hold onto it , sell it to another investor (try to at least break even) , and use that money to invest in the area that you are moving to.
