Hey everyone, so I have my first property which I did seller financing to buy. I’ve been looking to house hack but its so hard to get traditional financing because I’m a bartender and work on tips has anyone been through this or know anything I can do? Thanks

Report your income accurately and pay taxes on it. Then you wont have an issue getting a loan.
