Thanks @Shawn C. i searched some of new construction cost i found it fluctuating  around this number, which might be  the differences between the high end or moderate building.    

thank you @Mike H. the idea of build to rent is absolutely is sound great as long as i am holding for long time. the tricky part it would be how much the building will cost,  I think best way is to partner up as you said.  i feel in TX this strategy would fit a lot better especially in Austin area.

Cash flow from build to rent strategy

  • 1-Are the cash flow from building to rent generally are less? Why? Is it about 1%? How the overall investment in the long term?

My and me moved to Austin and planning to invest in rental properties.  However I prefer to partner with someone and find good strategy to invest in Austin.

So far I was able to fine some kind of good trail short term month to month lease. I am not sure which part of Houston I will be yet l.

HI Everyone 

I am moving from Pennsylvania  to Houston Texas and looking for temporary housing for a month till  find place to rent, on other word the area where i want to rent. 

I prefer to be somewhere near  west Houston but still open for a good place around Houston.
