@Brandon Sturgill A PSO (Private Selling Officer) is an alternative to judicial foreclosure in Ohio.  As I understand it, the law allows the lender to petition the court to appoint a licensed Realtor who is also a licensed auctioneer to sell the property via online auction rather than the traditional method at the courthouse steps.  Supposedly this speeds up the process which is always a key factor as having a property slowly work its way through the foreclosure process does no-one any good.

Quick question for any of you that have managed foreclosures in Ohio.  Do you have a PSO that you recommend?  We have a property that is being a bit ... difficult and we would like to expedite things so we are looking into having a PSO appointed.  If you have worked with anyone solid I would appreciate a recommendation.
