@Brandon Schlichter Your story is incredible and inspiring. I wish you the best of luck in the future and never stop even for a second once you stop the train, it's hard to get it going again!  Your story is very inspiring so thank you for the midweek motivation!

@Glenn F. I see how that came off as being a little arrogant. That's not how I meant it though. I have shared as much information with everyone that I can; I want everyone that I meet to reach a level of success they didn't even know was possible. I have helped two of my close friends start businesses from scratch and been there every step of the way for them. I had the knowledge, and they had the skills. They just so happen to live in Michigan, so I don't get to see them very often.  It's just a mindset, I just read the 10x rule, and I know a lot of people don't agree with what Grant teaches but If your not in that mindset then your not going to take significant actionable steps to achieve your goals. I am not looking for a mentor or someone to teach me I am just looking for new friends who have similar interests. People who don't have limits for their goals people who believe that anything is possible with the right amount of action.

@Chase Louderback Thanks for the referral. @William Brown is actually one of the few wholesalers in the area that I have heard of that's got deals so thank you for that connection. And thank you for the advice!

@Martin Neal l Awesome post man. It's great that you were able to pull most of your money out and not run into to many unexpected issues while doing the Rehab. Thanks for sharing with us I love seeing posts like this. Good luck with your next couple of deals!

@Jay Helms my experience in REI so far has been building my brand and generating a funnel. I have a Direct mail campaign that I'm trying to perfect and a P.P.C campaign and some cold calling. Pretty much anything I can do to generate leads. I only discovered real estate eight months ago, but before that, it was other things. I did drop shipping, tried to franchise and start other business. My current focus is to take over my market completely. I want every investor in the area to know that I am the competition. My current plan is to buy nine rentals this year and flip 15 houses. Build a team and build systems that will allow me to 10X that number every year following. Then in the next five years have 1000+ units through syndication and partnerships. I loved your podcast by the way.

@Jim Lamp'l I would avoid the green run area of Virginia Beach and look more around the Ocean Lakes or Salem areas. Any questions feel free to DM me.

I am looking for a Partner/Partners. I am looking for someone who is currently doing at least one deal every six months. Not location specific, if you are in a market where things are working It doesn't matter to me where you are at.  Preferably flips. PM if this is you!

Thank you and I look forward to working with you!

So, I'm to the point where I have outgrown the people I surround myself with. They are not stupid nor am I any smarter than them, but our interests have dissolved. I want to be surrounded by more intelligent more active people who are running businesses, doing real estate, successful, and think like me. I am struggling to meet people like this other than in Bigger pockets. How do I reach the top performers in my area? I've gone to real estate meetups, and most of them in the area are full of wannabe wholesalers who aren't commited but like the idea. I want to be around people who think like me, know that anything is possible, and to have goals as big as mine and are taking steps towards them. Any advice on how I can meet these people in my area? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
