Hi Ronald Bourgeois. There are numerous posts on here about HUBZU. I think you may find them useful. I suggest just doing a search for HUBZU and you should get enough info to help you with your matter.

Thomas Franklin thank you for that Profit First strategy. Even though I am a buy and hold investor and not a flipper, this formula is still helpful in formulating my thinking to ensure I focus on my profit throughout the process, but especially at the beginning.

Thanks Christian Bors and Greg S. I agree That the $4600 price tag is a bit expensive. I've been looking at home depot and lowes. I don't know a particular name brand to trust, although the prices are reasonable, but I don't want to have to come back in a few months and replace them.

Hi BP. I have a new rental that doesn't have heat or air and I'm not planning to put a new HVAC system in...yet. What would be the best heat/air combo windo unit brand to put into my property? I need 3. Thanks.

So Is there generally no PMI with commercial loans, or when you put upwards of 20% down? What factors would make the 30yr rates horrible? I don't want to get a 30yr rate thinking it's a good deal and get the raw end of the stick.
