Hi Virginia Reasor You should have time to inspect the property between the time you get your accepted offer and the time you close the deal.

Thanks Vickiel Woodard and Chad Hotovec The beautiful thing is, my wife woke up this morning and suggested we kill some time before an outing we had today by looking at some properties. Now that she's got both feet in the boat, we'll be full steam ahead.

Hi Pamela Providel You're absolutely right. I was sitting here reading BP posts and realized that I will be recieving my first "multi-rents" check a few days into November. The family wanted to move in by the first of the month. Now, I'm addicted to REI.

Hi Michael Osborne . It seems that the numbers work. I'm just curious if you factored in any maintenance. Some say that you should factor in your own PM fee as well which will cut down on your cash flow, but the money will be coming to you anyway, however, if you later decide to get a PM, you'll have to pay the fee. Therefore, I suggest factoring in the PM fee when you do your calculations. You could also structure it to where you are doing a rent to own deal and possibly get a hefty initial down payment, charge interest on the mortgage to where it pays your motgage and you get interest on top of the interest you will have to pay the bank anyway. I hope this makes sense. Great idea. Best of wealth building.

Hi Amanda Dolan I also considered RE school and becoming an agent, but I found my plight to my financial freedome was better served by becoming an investor. I have a great RE agent and property manager with a wealth of knowledge and experience. This makes things easier for me. So I encourage you towards the straight investment side. I have a doctorate degree, thus I think I have enough formal school and certainly don't want any more. With all of your jobs, it seems you may have had enough formal education as well. Best of wealth building to you.

Thanks Kristopher Hanks Now my wife feels more comfortable about my next deal which I have been constantly talking about. Heck, she's even excited now and coming up with additional growth plans for our REI.

Good morning BP. I am excited this morning because yesterday I got my second income property rented. Can't wait to see what the compunding of the checks looks like. Now I'm looking for my third. Okay, I've been looking for my third since the day I got my second. Have a great day. Financial Freedom, here I come.
