Hello all.

I'm still in the learning phase and have been reading some books and listening to some podcasts on wholesaling which is where I want to start out.

Is it necessary to have a website when first starting out?

When looking for leads and buyers should I direct them to my email and phone # or to a website?

@Justin Windham thanks for the info. I hope to network with a lot of people and see if we can help each other in any way.

Hey BP world

My name is Stan. I'm new to the Florida and would like to get into the real estate investing world. Want to start out wholesaling and move onto fix and flips and rentals. I've read some posts and watched some videos and listened to some podcasts. They all pretty much say the same thing. Would like to meet with some people in my area. From Tampa to Lakeland. See if there is anything we can offer each other and work together. I've heard a lot of things so I'm just confused where to start. Do you look for deals first or build a buyers list? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I was wondering the same thing. Couldn't really find too many reviews on it. It does sound like a good system though.

Hi everyone, I am new to real estate investing. I am interested in wholesaling local and virtual and am looking for some information as to where to start. I have looked through the forums but there are a lot of posts. If anyone can help me out and let me know how to get started I would greatly appreciate it.

How to look for deals?

Best marketing strategies

Creating a buyer's list

Would love to network with some people create long term relationships

I have seen advertisements for programs and products that are suppose to teach you "how to make money in real estate" are these for real or scams. I read mixed reviews so want to know if it is worth it.

Thanks to anyone who replies in advance.

Specifically I'm looking for where to find deals.

What are the best strategies to market.

Where to start to create a buyer's list.

Since I started researching real estate investing online these advertisements for products keep popping up on my Facebook. I really dont trust things like that.

I dont mind putting in the work to become successful.

Also would love to network and connect with some people and build some long term relationships.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.
