Wholesaling beginner looking for a place to start

Hi everyone, I am new to real estate investing. I am interested in wholesaling local and virtual and am looking for some information as to where to start. I have looked through the forums but there are a lot of posts. If anyone can help me out and let me know how to get started I would greatly appreciate it.

Specifically I'm looking for where to find deals.

What are the best strategies to market.

Where to start to create a buyer's list.

Since I started researching real estate investing online these advertisements for products keep popping up on my Facebook. I really dont trust things like that.

I dont mind putting in the work to become successful.

Also would love to network and connect with some people and build some long term relationships.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.
