Hello Bp Forum,

I'm going to be flying out to Nashville next week to meet with potential team members for my first syndicated commercial Multi-unit (10+ units).

Can anyone recommend a great commercial broker to get in touch with?

Thanks guys!

Hi All,

First let me thank the BP Community for your knowledge, expertise and guidance. A great Resource @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin !

I'm putting a sample investment package together to present to my investors and am in search of sample deal in the Nashville Area.

I'm looking for a 10+ unit building (past or present), in a B-/C+ area, max price $700,000, with pics, and full report, (rent rolls, cap ex expenditures, expenses etc)

Can any brokers/investors guide me on this one?

Thanks!

Scott

Thanks @Steve Chaisson ,

I appreciate the advice! I'll look into Carlton Drumwright. As far as property management, I'd like to find a compassionate, investor friendly, fair/effective prop management team that can handle 1,000+ units in surrounding Nashville areas. Does that narrow the referral field down a bit?

Once again I turn to you BP Community,

I'm developing my team in Nashville and need some quality referrals.

Can you recommend a great RE Attorney, CPA and Property Management Company that you trust and would use to grow with to reach a goal of purchasing 1,000 units in the area?

Going to give a call over to the president of the chamber of commerce for their recommendations as well.

Thanks Everyone!

Scott

There's a copy of Marcus & Millichap's 2013 National Apartment Report at:

http://agarciaiespotlight.wordpress.com/2013/01/25/be-the-first-to-see-marcus-millichaps-2013-national-apartment-report/

It gives a general list of major markets with price per unit break down. They are a brokerage so numbers may be rosy, once you determine a market you could contact local lenders to see if numbers are accurate. (since they are the ones lending the money and will scrutinize the real numbers)

Hope this helps!
