Price Per Unit Resource
As I build my business plan for my buy and hold strategy for MF units I wanted to see if there were any websites thaat provided price per unit data by zip code for recent MF sales
I found city-data.com which is a tremendous site but not specific enough for multifamily units.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

There's a copy of Marcus & Millichap's 2013 National Apartment Report at:
It gives a general list of major markets with price per unit break down. They are a brokerage so numbers may be rosy, once you determine a market you could contact local lenders to see if numbers are accurate. (since they are the ones lending the money and will scrutinize the real numbers)
Hope this helps!
