I am planning on buying a code violations list in my city and sending out around 1000 postcards. Does anybody have a postcard they have had success with sending to houses with code violations?

Yeah, we'll I've done some bandit signs but mostly direct mail. Yeah I just have to be consistent in my marketing in finding one where the numbers work.

Oh ok I think thats the key in any city is getting quality consistent lead generation. Yeah I'm just getting stated and marketing different ways to find motivated sellers but all were unmotivated or the numbers didnt work.

Hey thanks Jason, i'll give it a try. So you're a real estate investor in Austin. Have you wholesaled any houses in Austin? I heard it is a little big tougher compared to San Antonio.
