Quote from @JD Martin:

I think it's pretty obvious what has really happened with these funds.

People betting that the Fed would do the responsible thing got crushed.  People who saved money lost out for so long and people who took massive risk got paid. After the last 12 years who the would have dreamed that real estate ever goes down?

Quote from @Bruce Woodruff:

Exactly! I had a step-son who went to school at SFSU, there were occasional days of pleasant weather, but never like good ole San Diego.

CA with crap weather sounds about as close to hell as we will find in this life.  LOL

@Scott Trench I agree with what your saying.  But I am concerned that urban/blue areas are becoming completely chaotic.  They look to me like they are becoming the third world (haves and havenots).  I expect that trend to continue. And I don't see places where people don't feel there kids are safe to ride their bikes around as good long term investments.

This reminds of the argument that with people are having less children and family formation declining this is bullish for bitcoin.  Men are willing to take more risk in order to gain wealth and increase their ability to provide for a family in hopes of attracting a "mate".  Cynical and morally I have real problem with investors angling to profit from destruction of families and society.

I was trying to create a BP calculator for a client but it will not let me upload a pic of the property.  I tried to contact BP on Monday they have not responded.  I am wondering if my Pro Membership has lapsed and for that reason is not letting me upload a picture.  When I click on "pricing" it just sends me back to my dashboard.  And I am not seeing the pro thing on my head shoot.  Anybody no whats up?

Thx

A population that will be responsive to government programs (aka vote buying), and to create a society that is not cohesive.  "The bigger the state the smaller the citizen."
