If its cash, then yes. However, I would never accept cash. Anything electronic, then no as they will have the transaction recorded already.

 Ha! Yes. There is. I was listening to Podcast 360 and have heard about how much work it is to use it. I was going to pre qualify for one as there is a home id like to house jack and thought it might behoove me to at least fully understand how it may or may not benefit me. I do know that they don’t work for every circumstance, but that they can be beneficial. What experience have you had?

I would also recommend reading through all of the READ FIRST posts so that you can learn how to effectively ask questions and know the rules of posting. I have made some great connections and I am learning SO much on here. It's great that you are starting now. One of the things I hear the most about regrets from investors is that they wish they started sooner! So cheers to your new ventures and welcome aboard!
