I am 18 with a part time job at a fast food restaurant and want to get into the business of real estate. Where do I begin?

Hi @Stephanie Joseph, it's awesome that you want to get started at such a young age! I bought my first property at 21 and can only imagine where I'd be if I started at 18. Have you taken time to read RE books and attend local meetups?

One of the easiest ways to get started is through house-hacking but I think you'd need full time employment to qualify for a traditional loan. More importantly, taking the time to obtain a solid education base is the essential, where are you at in the learning process?
