Great opportunity to live in the nicest neighborhood in Houston with the most walkable eateries, shopping and entertainment.  Both garage apartments are were fully remodeled in 2013. Properties are built to be low maintenance and the mini-split air conditioning is appeals to Houston renters who historically pay hundreds in A/C during the summer.  The area is so desirable that we literally have a list of qualified renters BEFORE we have a vacancy. Below the pic I have included the Pro-Forma (actual)...

If you know Houston you know the Houston Heights. Better yet this is Woodland Heights.  This is a SF with a 2 story Garage separated into an up/down units. W/D in each unit and the property has a newer designer pool with grounds that include palm trees and a wonderful common area.  This is a house hacker dream.  Zoned to Travis Elementary and walking distance to Stude Park, White Oak and 19th Street as well as the bike path that runs between downtowns and Memorial Park.

Thanks @Gabe C. . Do you mind if I inquire about who you are looking at?  Pensco lists a couple on their website as well.

@Claire Fenton @Mark Nolan -> Im very interested in option you mention as my primary concern around SD IRA is the prohibited transactions and the potential for an accidental issue/oversight.

@Anish , that sounds pretty close to my experience as well.  Do use the online rental application component and their screening process or have you found better alternatives?  Also, do you have a landing page with a re-direct or do you use their website for hosting?
