@Bradley Shive In all seriousness I liked my property management software so much that I applied for a job with them. For free we offer property pages, listing syndication to dozens of sites, online applications, credit/criminal background/eviction reports and very soon are rolling out 2-day rent payment. You could pick and choose what services you'd like to use but they're all free to landlords DM me if you want to know more.
