I am having a problem with a tenant who claims that there is a musky smell and too much humidity.  What is the best way to insure that the rental is safe and keeps a good humidity level?  Do I get an air quality test or do I have to put in a dehumidifier in the house.  I've already put in a dehumidifier in the crawl space that I bought at Home Depot for 1,000 square feet.   Thanks for any suggestions that work for you.

Is it best to pay for a service or maintenance agreement for my rental home Heating and Air Condition systems and/or heat pump?  Do most rental owners use these companies to do the annual check-ups?

I'm just about finished renovations on my only rental property.  What is the best way to post that it is available to get it out there and get the best tenants.  I really don't want to pay Zillow prices but is there a free website?  Is Marketplace the best?  Thanks for your response.

Thank you!  The space is also an issue since it is 25" deep and 31" wide (to the hallway).  Height isn't an issue though.  Having a hard time finding a fingerprint resistant stainless steel that is counter depth that is available in these covid times.  Does it matter if the refrigerator goes beyond the countertop?

Thank you!  I have updated everything.  It is really very beautiful.  I am having LVP put in today in the entire house.  The counter tops are brown though so I think black wouldn't match.
