Hi Edward, did you work with the lender that you inquired about? He's the lender on the other side of a deal i'm working now and is not showing good faith. I would love to hear your experience. 

@Rajan Chidambaram Siva the roseland area is up and coming. Inventory is tight on the south side so I definitely see it moving to that area. I have investors that are flipping there. The neighborhood is definitely changing for the better.
