@Aravind Guduru, very few cities are allowing non-owner occupied adu. some of these cities are Seattle, Tacoma, and Kirkland. 

@Jacob Sweeney, your options are either small multifamily, or a split level single family. We see that small multifamily are typically over priced in the PNW because of very limited inventory

@Nicholas Johnson, Aberdeen purchase prices are pretty low compared to many other cities in PNW. 

This tends to make deals and numbers make sense.

Prices are going up there as well, so you can expect a mix of appreication and cash flow there
